Soft signage and wide-format printing demands

Soft signage production — banners, exhibition fabrics, retail display panels, backlit displays and event textiles — is delivered on polyester banner fabrics, dim-out and backlit polyester via the sublimation calender press. Visual advertising operations demand 2600-3300 mm effective widths for wide-format work; single-panel banners require no seam, and design interruption is not tolerated. A soft signage producer plans daily throughput of 1,000 to 3,000 metres. Before trade fair seasons, major retail openings and sporting events, production volume can double or triple.
